God, i hate this food tech assignment.

I swear, after this, i will not be able to look at the words, iron, folate, phosphorus or nutrient interrelationships again. GAH. AGAIN.

Can somebody in my class tell me how many nutrients we were meant to do? I've got about 20 per meal. GAAAAAH....

On a better note, athletics carnival today was sweet as, except my ankles have swollen up from over-exertion. damnit.
But I got the Raconteurs album behind my rent's backs!!!! Or, as it is called over here, The SABOTEURS. It's on the cover, it's on the JB description page, but to me, they are the Raconteurs. Screw that crappy QLD band that tried to wring money outta the real Rac's. They should give it up out of fucking pity now. They can have the Saboteurs name.
It makes it really confusing, coz I've been to 3 different stores now looking fro singles, and each time it's been under the name I DID NOT SAY. It sucks.

But the songs are sweet as. I'm listening to Store Bought Bones at the moment. It is sweeeeeeeeet.
